Check hydraulic fluid levels first — low fluid is the most common cause of slow lift. Also inspect for any visible hydraulic leaks in hoses or fittings. If fluid is adequate, contact our support team for further diagnostics.

Q: The wireless remote is not responding. What should I do?

First, check the remote battery and replace if needed. Then attempt to re-pair the remote with the receiver unit as per the operator manual. Switch to the wired cable remote as a temporary backup while you troubleshoot or contact us.

Q: Will repairs done by a local mechanic void my warranty?

Yes. The Tusker Engineering FZC warranty is valid only when maintenance and repairs are carried out by authorized RMPL service personnel using genuine spare parts. Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty entirely.
